Which dates should you plan around?
A clearout and a renovation rarely produce waste in the same way. For a clearout, you may be able to sort everything before delivery. For a renovation, debris can arrive in stages as different parts of the project are completed. Ask the people doing the work when they expect the main waste-producing stage to happen.
Avoid treating delivery day as the beginning of an unlimited storage period. Choose a practical loading window, consider driveway use during that time and agree on how collection will be requested or scheduled.
What about a weekend or a short rental?
Tell us which days you can actually do the loading. A weekend request is a scheduling question, not a guarantee that every size or collection slot is available. Check both delivery and pickup rather than assuming one automatically confirms the other.
A shorter rental does not automatically mean a lower price. Delivery, collection, disposal and other agreed terms can affect the quote. Compare the complete arrangement instead of dividing a competitor's weekly price into daily amounts.
What if you need more time?
Contact us before the agreed period ends if the project is running late. Ask whether an extension is available and whether it changes the price or collection arrangement. Do not assume that leaving the bin in place automatically extends the booking.
If the bin fills earlier than expected, discuss the next step before piling material above the rim. A revised plan, extra collection or different disposal route must be agreed rather than treated as included.

Is an enquiry enough to hold my date?
No. A call or text starts the conversation. Your booking is confirmed only after the provider agrees to the details and confirms availability.
